These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okber ("okber," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the okber online gaming platform accessible at okber.app and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the okber Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the okber Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. okber reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's license. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR.
The okber Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of okber complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. okber makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.
To register for an okber account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current. okber may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okber account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. okber will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify okber immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okber reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access or breach of these Terms.
Your okber account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
okber accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following regulated payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified okber account details. okber reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
okber offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

All content on the okber Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of okber or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without okber's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okber's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okber account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if okber has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
okber does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okber makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
okber collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an okber account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
okber implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and okber cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
okber reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at okber's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
You may close your okber account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and any applicable verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with okber informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. okber will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the relevant regulatory authority.
