No. okber strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact support at [email protected].

On the login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your account. You'll receive a reset link or OTP. Follow the instructions to set a new password. For security, okber recommends using a strong, unique password that you don't use on other platforms.

Deposits & Payments

GCash deposits at okber are processed instantly in most cases. Your account balance should update within seconds of completing the transaction in your GCash app. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 10 minutes, take a screenshot of your GCash transaction confirmation and contact our support team at [email protected] with the reference number.

The minimum deposit at okber is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer minimums may vary depending on your bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by okber, though your chosen payment provider may have their own daily limits (e.g., GCash has a standard wallet limit of ₱100,000).

okber does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your provider for their current fee schedule. All amounts credited to your okber account are the full amount you deposited — no deductions on our end.
Withdrawals

Log in to your okber account and go to the Cashier section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same account or wallet you used to deposit, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal.

Processing times vary by method:
