Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data okber collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Your Data, Protected
These cards highlight our core privacy commitments. They are a summary only — please read the full policy below for complete details.
okber processes all personal data in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We are registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and maintain a designated Data Protection Officer.
All data transmitted between your device and okber's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — the same standard used by major Philippine banks. Your account credentials, financial data, and personal information are never transmitted in plain text.
As a data subject under Philippine law, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct inaccuracies, to object to processing, to erasure in certain circumstances, and to data portability. okber makes it easy to exercise these rights — just contact our Data Protection Officer.
okber does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Period. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for platform operations, regulatory compliance, and payment processing — and is governed by data processing agreements.
okber stores personal data on secure, access-controlled servers with regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, with all access logged and monitored.
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights and freedoms, okber will notify affected individuals and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.
okber ("okber," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of the okber online gaming platform ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal data when you access or use the Platform, including through okber.app and any associated mobile applications or services.
This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR"), as administered by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC") of the Philippines. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how okber handles your personal data, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the details provided in Section 13 of this Policy.

The okber Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. okber does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to register for or use the okber Platform.
If okber becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. okber's primary data processing operations are based in the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and certain analytics platforms — may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, okber ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Such safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, binding corporate rules, or transfers to countries that the NPC has determined provide an adequate level of data protection. By using the okber Platform, you acknowledge and consent to such cross-border transfers where necessary for the provision of our services, subject to the safeguards described above.
okber reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent changes were made.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or how we process your personal data — okber will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, the updated Policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the okber Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or okber's data processing practices, please contact our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO is responsible for overseeing okber's compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and serves as the primary point of contact for all data privacy matters.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated. The NPC can be reached through its official government channels.
